No Change in Operations. AVN shall not nor (i) enter into any new line of business, (ii) terminate or abandon any existing line of business, (iii) change its management or other material business policies in any respect which is material to such party, or (iv) incur or commit to any capital expenditures, or any obligations or liabilities in connection therewith, other than capital expenditures and obligations or liabilities incurred or committed to in the ordinary course of business prior to the date hereof and those necessary to maintain existing assets in good repair.
No Change in Operations. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.07(d), since the time of the Interim Financial Statements, the CATV Business has been operated in the ordinary course in all material respects except as otherwise permitted by this Agreement. No assets material to any Community Service Area previously used therein have been disposed of since the 1996 Financial Statements except in the ordinary course of business.
