No Additional Changes. Except as expressly and specifically amended by this Amendment, all provisions of the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect according to their terms, and the Investors shall continue to be bound by such Original Agreement as modified by this Amendment. In the event of any conflict between any provision of the Original Agreement and this Amendment, this Amendment shall control. From and after the date hereof, all references in the Original Agreement to “this Agreement” shall mean the Original Agreement as amended by this Amendment.
No Additional Changes. Except for the correction to Paragraph 6(b) as set forth herein, all other terms and condition of the Employment Agreement remain in full force and effect.

The Agreement (including the documents referred to therein), as hereby amended, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes any prior understandings, agreements, or representations by or among the Parties, written or oral, to the extent they relate in any way to the subject matter hereof.
