Common use of Night Premium Clause in Contracts

Night Premium. A nurse shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour worked which falls within the hours defined as a night shift.

Night Premium. A nurse shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar and eighty-five cents ($1.001.85) per hour worked which falls within the hours defined as a night shift.

Night Premium. A nurse shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar and seven cents ($1.001.07) per hour worked which falls within the hours defined as a night shift.
