Common use of Night Premium Clause in Contracts

Night Premium. Effective April 1, 2021, a night shift premium of $0.25 per hour shall be payable for all hours worked on the night shift (e.g. between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. or 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.).

Night Premium. Effective April 1All employees who work beyond 6:00 PM, 2021, shall be paid a night shift premium of as follows: Effective January 1, 2016: $0.25 per hour shall be payable 1.04 for all hours worked on paid. Night Premium. Effective April 1January 16, 2021, introduce a night shift premium of ten cents ($0.25 0.10) per hour hour. The Night shift shall be payable for all defined as any shift in which the majority of hours worked on the night shift (e.g. occur between 10 11:00 p.m. and 6 a.m. or 11 p.m. and 7 7:00 a.m.).
