Common use of Night Premium Clause in Contracts

Night Premium. All employees who work beyond 6:00 PM, shall be paid a night shift premium as follows: Effective January 1, 2013: $0.98 for all hours paid; Effective January 1, 2014: $1.00 for all hours paid; Effective January 1, 2015: $1.02 for all hours paid.

Night Premium. Night Premium. All Employees who are required to work between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. shall receive, in addition to their regular rate of pay, seventy five ($.75) cents per hour night premium. This shift premium does not apply to employees who work beyond 6:00 PM, working overtime. Employees shall be paid a eligible to receive the night shift premium as follows: Effective January 1for their entire shift, 2013: $0.98 for all provided that at least four (4) hours paid; Effective January 1, 2014: $1.00 for all of their shift occurs between the hours paid; Effective January 1, 2015: $1.02 for all of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. This does not include any hours paidthe employee receives overtime.
