NFL Season. The period of time beginning on the day on which the first Pre-Season Game is played through the date on which the last Post-Season Game as announced by the NFL each year, encompassing, therefore, all Pre-Season Games, Regular Season Games and Post-Season Games in such period.

NFL Season. If Member purchased a Two-Year Membership, if Member exercises the option to purchase Seats and Parking for the Relocated Games during the 2020/21 Season, then Member shall be obligated to purchase Tickets for the Seats and Parking for any and all games relocated from another location to the Stadium during the 2021/22 Season, at the price(s) established by Club, and upon such other terms and conditions and pursuant to such procedures established by Club. If Member purchased a Two-Year Membership and Member has, but does not exercise, the option to purchase Tickets for the Seats and Parking for the Relocated Games during the 2020/21 Season, then Member shall not have the right to purchase Tickets for the Seats and Parking for any or all games relocated from another location to the Stadium during the 2021/22 Season.
NFL Season. A period of time coextensive with the NFL season as established from time to time under the NFL Rules and Regulations (including post-season). NFL Seasons are sometimes herein referred to by the calendar years in which they occur (e.g., “2022- 2023 NFL Season”).

  • DHS Seal, Logo, and Flags The Contractor shall not use the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) seal(s), logos, crests, or reproductions of flags or likeness of DHS agency officials without specific FEMA pre-approval.

  • Transit Service is the delivery of certain traffic between Carrier and a third party ILEC, CLEC or CMRS provider by Frontier over a separate trunk group between Carrier and Frontier where appropriate trunks exist between Carrier and third party through Frontier’s tandem. The following traffic types will be delivered: (I) Local Traffic originated from Carrier to such third-party and (ii) Local Traffic originated from such third-party to Frontier’s tandem and terminated to Carrier.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • Professional Seal Where applicable in the determination of the City, the first page of a technical report, first page of design specifications, and each page of construction drawings shall be stamped/sealed and signed by the licensed professional responsible for the report/design preparation.

  • Statewide HUB Program Statewide Procurement Division Note: In order for State agencies and institutions of higher education (universities) to be credited for utilizing this business as a HUB, they must award payment under the Certificate/VID Number identified above.
