Client’s Responsibilities In addition to other responsibilities herein or imposed by law, the Client shall:
CITY’S RESPONSIBILITIES 2.1. The CITY shall designate in writing a project coordinator to act as the CITY's representative with respect to the services to be rendered under this Agreement (the "Project Coordinator").
