This duty is incumbent on each Subcontractor. Compliance with this requirement shall include, but is not limited to, the following:
National Voter Registration Act. The Parties shall comply with the Agency-based Voter Registration sections of the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 that require voter registration opportunities to be offered to applicants for services.
