Music and Lighting. Arrangements regarding music or lighting must be made and finalized with the USI/HNH administrative office at least two weeks prior to the event. Disc jockeys and bands will supply their own equipment including microphones, PA system, extension cords, power strips and lighting. Clowes Theatre is not available for use by disc jockeys or bands. CLIENT must comply with noise ordinances of the Town of New Harmony. Adherence to Terms: All agreed-upon terms set forth by USI/HNH will be arranged by the USI/HNH administrative office and will not be altered by CLIENT during the course of the event. This includes changes to lighting, seating and catering needs. Failure to adhere to the terms of this agreement will result in additional charges to the CLIENT as noted throughout this agreement. The signature of the CLIENT on this agreement indicates acceptance and compliance with all terms and conditions of this agreement.

If the Resident wants additional cable television, telephone or internet service above and beyond any that may be provided as “standard” in the Residence, the Resident must submit full details to and request and obtain the prior written approval of the Manager and Institution. With respect to Internet Services, the Institution may at its discretion only allow either the standard provided service or the approved alternate service and not both at the same time (Residents will need to complete the Institution’s standard forms issued by their IT department). Cutting of wiring, boring of holes, the use of wireless routers, routers, or switches are not permitted. Any unauthorized services or equipment may be removed by the Manager, at the Resident’s expense, without notice or liability. All Residents are subject to the Institution’s and/or Service Provider’s current Internet, cable television and telephone enrolment and usage policies.

  • Cheating Cheating is prohibited, and will result in immediate action and termination without compensation.

  • PATROL VIDEO SYSTEMS 2 1. As part of the law enforcement services to be provided to CITY, COUNTY 3 has provided, or will provide, patrol video systems (hereinafter called “PVS”) 4 that are or will be mounted in patrol vehicles designated by COUNTY for 5 use within CITY service area.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Meter and Cabling Be obliged to draw electricity lines/wires, television cables, broadband data cables and telephone cables to the said Apartment only through the ducts and pipes provided therefor, ensuring that no inconvenience is caused to the Promoter or to other apartment owners. The main electricity meter shall be installed only at the space designated for common meters.
