Monitoring & Reporting 6. 1 Monitoring Monitoring of compliance with the terms of this Grant agreement will be undertaken annually. The Recipient may be required to submit an annual review form and accompanying documents (format to be provided by the CCGs). Upon receipt of the review form the CCGs may decide a meeting is required with its representatives to discuss performance outcomes and compliance. The findings will also help to determine whether any issues can be addressed by correspondence or if a formal visit is required. All Grant funding awarded to the Recipient will be monitored, reviewed and assessed. These arrangements aim to ensure that the Grant is used in the most effective way to achieve best value for money and outcomes for the population served by the CCGs The CCGs will monitor the outcomes of the Grant and the current financial management

The recipient will be required to submit quarterly review forms and accompanying documents (copy review form annexure 1 of this grant agreement). Upon receipt of the review form the CCGs may decide a meeting is required with its representatives to discuss performance outcomes and compliance. The findings will also help to determine whether any issues can be addressed by correspondence or if a formal visit is required. All Grant funding awarded to the Recipient will be monitored, reviewed and assessed quarterly. These arrangements aim to ensure that the Grant is used in the most effective way to achieve best value for money and outcomes for the population served by the CCGs The CCGs will monitor the outcomes of the Grant and the current financial management arrangements (this may include ensuring the relevant DBS checks for all volunteers and staff members are carried out). 6.2

Related to Monitoring & Reporting 6

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.

  • Additional Reporting Requirements Contractor agrees to submit written quarterly reports to H-GAC detailing all transactions during the previous three (3) month period. Reports must include, but are not limited, to the following information:

  • Trading Reports During such time as the Public Securities are listed on the Exchange, the Company shall provide to the Representative, at the Company’s expense, such reports published by Exchange relating to price trading of the Public Securities, as the Representative shall reasonably request.

  • Reporting Compliance The Company is subject to, and is in compliance in all material respects with, the reporting requirements of Section 13 and Section 15(d), as applicable, of the Exchange Act.
