Monitoring of Construction Costs and Program Budget. Monitor the Construction Costs provided by CM’s for each Project and advise the District of the financial condition of each Project. By advising and making recommendations to the District for adjustments to the Project Cost Budget relative to actual or anticipated Construction Costs. Program Manager shall also prepare and update on at least a monthly basis, a Program-wide Master Budget tracking and monitoring all costs and confirming the Program is on budget. The Program Manager shall notify the District in writing if the approved Program Budget is not being complied with, reasons for any cost overruns, and provide written recommendations on how to maintain the approved Program Budget.

  • Project Construction Budget The project construction cost allowance specifically stated in writing as the ‘revised’ or ‘current’ ‘Project Construction Budget’ by the Trustees at each applicable phase of plan development.
