Mobile Responsive Design. Advertiser’s Website Services shall be created by Publisher using mobile responsive design, so that the appearance and navigation of the finished Website shall be optimal for the platform and device in which it is viewed. Certain legacy Website Services or products previously available from Publisher may have been designed with a separate mobile website, having a separate mobile URL, which mobile website proxies but does not duplicate identically every element of the online website, and for such products, both the web and mobile versions of the Website are included in the Website Services.

Customer’s ability to recover any lost data resulting from Axway’s misconduct is limited to restoration by Axway from the most recent back-up.

  • Licensed Materials The materials that are the subject of this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A ("Licensed Materials").
