MISCONDUCT AND DISMISSAL. The Company has developed an Employee Induction Handbook which sets out information relating to the Company and the various rules which relate to the employment relationship. Included in this handbook are disciplinary procedures which outline levels of misconduct and the actions that may be taken. These are meant as guidelines only and each instance of misconduct will be individually reviewed and dealt with.
