Minutes of the each committee meeting shall be transcribed and issued by the secretary at least ten (10) Business Days prior to the date of the next scheduled meeting of such committee and shall be approved as the first order of business at the immediately succeeding meeting of such committee. Such minutes shall include only key discussion points and decisions made and provide a list of any identified issues yet to be resolved.
