Minutes of Committee Meetings. Minutes will be kept of all JAC meetings by the Chairperson and sent to all members of the JAC for review and approval within fourteen (14) days after each meeting. Minutes will be deemed approved unless any member of the JAC objects to the accuracy of such minutes by providing written notice to the other members of the JAC within seven (7) days of receipt of the minutes. In the event of any such objection that is not resolved by mutual agreement of the Parties, such minutes will be amended to reflect such unresolved dispute.
