Minimum Assignment. The Employer maintains the right to deny any transfer requested by a bargaining unit member who has been assigned to a non-field position for less than eighteen (18) months.
Minimum Assignment. Deputies who are chosen for this assignment must agree to stay in the position for a minimum of one year, unless promoted or special circumstances arise. The Sheriff may remove an assigned deputy for performance or disciplinary reasons. Deputies who have been with the City for less than 12 months will not be granted another assignment outside the City except with the concurrence of the City Council.
Minimum Assignment. 7.5.1 Each driver's assignment will be established at a minimum of four (4) hours. If the driver's route drops below four (4) hours, the District shall assign the employee additional work within the District for the difference between the assigned route and four (4) hours.

Minimum Assignment. Supervisors who come in for a "minimum" assignment shall be guaranteed a minimum of four (4) hours at time and one half, with hour-for-hour pay thereafter at one and one half times, provided that they have worked 40 hours in the workweek.
