Sublet/Assignment definition

Sublet/Assignment. Cannot assign the lease without prior written consent of owner, which may be withheld for any reason or for no reason whatsoever.
Sublet/Assignment. Tenant may sublet all or a portion of the premises or assign the lease to an affiliate, parent company or company under it's control without consent or to a non- affiliate company with prior written consent of owner, which may not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
