Double Backs Clause Samples

The "Double Backs" clause establishes the rules and procedures for situations where a party needs to reverse or undo a previously agreed-upon action or decision within a contract. In practice, this clause might specify the conditions under which a party can retract a commitment, such as providing written notice within a certain timeframe or meeting specific criteria. Its core function is to provide a clear and fair mechanism for handling changes of mind, thereby reducing disputes and ensuring both parties understand their rights and obligations if a reversal is necessary.
