Common use of Minimum Assignment Clause in Contracts

Minimum Assignment. Each driver's assignment will be established at a minimum of four (4) hours. If the driver's route drops below four (4) hours, the District shall assign the employee additional work within the District for the difference between the assigned route and four (4) hours.
