Method of Settling Grievances. It is agreed that neither the Company, its representatives, nor the Union, the Locals, their representatives or members, will attempt by means other than the grievance procedure to bring about the settlement of any issue which is properly a subject for disposition through the grievance or arbitration procedures.

  • Settling of Grievances An xxxxxxx effort shall be made to settle grievances fairly and promptly in the following manner:
