Member’s Guests. Member’s guests are permitted in the Facility, but only pursuant to such rules, regulations, fees, schedules for guests as then may be in effect. Owner reserves the right to limit the number of times any one guest can use the Facility and reserves the right to exclude any Member’s guests whose use of the facility, in the sole opinion of Owner, would be detri- mental to the Facility or any of its members. All Members’ guests must register at the front desk with valid identification.

The Company reserves the right to limit the number of times any one guest can use a Bay Area Crunchers, LLC facility and reserves the right to exclude any Member’s guests whose use of the facility, in the sole opinion of The Company would be detrimental to The Company or any of its members. All Member’s guests must register at the front desk with valid identification.
Member’s Guests a) A member may at his own expense entertain guests subject to Club rules and prompt payment of such charges upon delivery of services. The member shall be responsible for the conduct of his guest and for the strict observance of the rules of the club by his guest.

  • New Members No person may be admitted as a member of the Company without the approval of the Member.
