Meetings and Design/Build Review. During the ICI Design/Build Period, the Company and the Borough shall conduct meetings on a monthly basis at a minimum. At such meetings, discussions shall be held concerning all aspects of the ICI Design/Build Work including construction schedules, progress paym ents, Capital Modifications, shop drawings, catalogued and dated progress photograph s, and any soil boring data and shop test results. Monthly reports containing all relevant information shall be prepared by the Company an d provided to the Borough at least 10 days prior to each monthly meeting, together with an agenda for the meeting. The Company shall also attend any on-call meeting which may be required by the Borough from t ime to time in connection with th e ICI Design/ Build Work, provided that the Company has at least 24 hours notice of such meeting.

Meetings and Design/Build Review. During the Design-Build Period, the Design-Build Contractor and the Sewer District shall conduct meetings on a monthly basis at a minimum. At such meetings, discussions shall be held concerning all aspects of the Design- Build Work including design and construction schedules, progress payments, shop drawings, and shop test results. Monthly reports containing all relevant information shall be prepared by the Design-Build Contractor and provided to the Sewer District at least two (2) business days prior to each monthly meeting, together with an agenda for the meeting. The Design-Build Contractor shall also attend any on-call meeting which may be required by the Sewer District from time to time in connection with the Design-Build Work, provided that the Design-Build Contractor has at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice of such meeting. The Design-Build Contractor shall provide to the Sewer District, for its planning, budgeting and financing purposes, monthly estimates of the commencement date for start-up operations, the date upon which the Acceptance Tests shall commence, and the Final Acceptance Date.

  • Construction Progress Meetings The Design Professional shall attend Construction Progress Meetings periodically held by the Contractor at the Site on a schedule determined by the Contractor. The Design Professional shall review the minutes of the meeting and provide his written comments to the minutes to the Owner and Contractor within seven calendar days after receipt of the meeting minutes.

  • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Design Professional to Design Work The Design Professional Contract requires the Design Professional to design and to prepare the Contract Documents, a copy of which shall be furnished to the Contractor upon request. The Design Professional Contract requires the Design Professional to designate a readily accessible representative (either on Site or by computer, phone or fax or otherwise) who shall have authority promptly to render decisions and to furnish information required of the Design Professional.

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK Firms and/or individuals that assisted in the development or drafting of the specifications, requirements, statements of work, or solicitation documents contained herein are excluded from competing for this solicitation. This shall not be applicable to firms and/or individuals providing responses to a publicly posted Request for Information (RFI) associated with a solicitation.
