Meetings and Compensation. 1. The LPDC shall meet as often as the members deem necessary to complete their work. It is the intent of the parties that the LPDC meet quarterly during the workday, but it is recognized that exceptions may arise. The Board shall provide substitutes on days the LPDC is meeting during the workday. In the event of meetings in addition to the quarterly scheduled meetings, the LPDC shall take the school calendar into consideration and shall give the Superintendent as much advance notice as possible.
