Meeting Proceedings. 1. Prior to each meeting, the Lead, in collaboration with the HT office will prepare an agenda based on previous meeting requirements. The Chair and team will be responsible for distribution to all sub-committee members one week prior to the meeting. If revisions are required to the agenda, committee members are responsible for advising the Lead and HT team prior to meeting.
