MEDICAL CLAIM REVIEW. Step If an employee objects to the Insurance Company's disposition of a claim, the objection must be filed in writing and submitted to the Personnel Manager. Step The Personnel Manager will review the filed objection and reply to the employee. Step If the matter is still not resolved, a meeting will be scheduled and include the Personnel Manager, a Union Representative and a representativeof the Company who will issue a disposition of the matter.

Any other matters of compensation are to be resolved in the meeting and conferring process, if not detailed in the MOU which results from such meeting and conferring process shall be deemed withdrawn until the meeting and conferring process is next opened for such discussion. No adjustment shall be retroactive for more than two (2) years from the date upon which the complaint was filed.

  • Claims Submission We will submit your claims and assist you in any way we reasonably can to help get your claims paid. Your insurance company may need you to supply certain information directly. It is your responsibility to comply with their request. Please be aware that the balance of your claim is your responsibility whether or not your insurance company pays your claim. Your insurance benefit is a contract between you and your insurance company; we are not party to that contract.
