Medical Certificate Requirement. Employees who are absent from duty as a result of a work related accident may be required to produce any medical certificate necessary within the first ten (10) working days of absence. It may be necessary to renew such certificates every twenty (20) working days thereafter unless the Employer is satisfied with the initial certificate indicating the total period of absence and probable date of return to work.
