Common use of Medical Care Plan Clause in Contracts

Medical Care Plan. 4.01. Employer shall provide Executive with coverage under a group medical care plan and life and dental insurance benefits that are the same or substantially similar to the coverage and benefits provided from time to time to other executives of Employer.
