Common use of Medical Benefits Clause in Contracts

Medical Benefits. Employee is entitled to participate in all medical and health care benefit plans through health insurance, corporate funds, medical reimbursement plans or other plans, if any, provided, or to be provided, by the Bank for its employees.

In addition, the Bank shall provide term life insurance on the Employee’s life in an amount at least equal to three times his Base Salary.

Such health insurance entitlement of Employee shall be subject to and conditioned upon Employee's qualification for same in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable policy as existing from time to time.
