Common use of Meal Time Clause in Contracts

Meal Time. Where an employee has accepted to work overtime the employee shall receive a one-half (1/2) hour paid meal period within the second hour of overtime and every four (4) hours thereafter. After four (4) hours or more of overtime, an employee shall be paid fifteen dollars ($15.00).
