Common use of MEAL AND REFRESHMENT BREAKS Clause in Contracts

MEAL AND REFRESHMENT BREAKS. 8.2.1 Shiftworkers when working eight (8) hour shifts in accordance with this roster A1 Agreement shall be entitled to a meal break of thirty (30) minutes duration which shall be counted as time worked.

MEAL AND REFRESHMENT BREAKS. 8.2.1 6.2.1 Shiftworkers when working eight twelve point five (8) 12.5) hour shifts in accordance with this roster A1 Agreement shall be entitled to a not less than two meal break of thirty breaks totalling not less than sixty (3060) minutes duration which shall be counted as time worked. Refer to clause 25 (c) of the PWCS Limited Enterprise Agreement 2007.

MEAL AND REFRESHMENT BREAKS. 8.2.1 6.2.1 Shiftworkers when working eight twelve point five (8) 12.5) hour shifts in accordance with this roster A1 Agreement shall be entitled to a not less than two meal break of thirty breaks totalling not less than sixty (3060) minutes duration which shall be counted as time worked.
