Marquees. Tenant shall clean and maintain the marquees attached to the Music Hall in good order and repair, in accordance with Landlord’s standards for the Center and promptly, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, make all necessary repairs to such marquees in accordance with the provisions of this Lease. Tenant shall keep such marquees lit 15 hours a day (from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m.), 7 days a week throughout the Term.
