Common use of Manufacture and Sale Clause in Contracts

Manufacture and Sale. ENZO or its designee shall manufacture, sell and deliver to CIL and CIL shall purchase exclusively from ENZO (after the MANUFACTURING TRANSITION PERIOD with respect to each GROUP A PRODUCT) such quantities of the GROUP A PRODUCTS as CIL may order in accordance with this Agreement. CIL shall have the right to sell GROUP A PRODUCTS worldwide within the scope of this Agreement.

Manufacture and Sale. ENZO or its designee shall manufacture, sell and deliver to CIL CIL, and CIL shall purchase exclusively from ENZO (after the MANUFACTURING TRANSITION PERIOD with respect to each GROUP A PRODUCT) such quantities of the GROUP A E1 PRODUCTS as CIL may order in accordance with this Agreement. CIL shall have the right to sell GROUP A E1 PRODUCTS worldwide within the scope of this Agreement.

ENZO or its designee shall manufacture, sell and deliver engage CIL to CIL and CIL shall purchase exclusively from ENZO (after the MANUFACTURING TRANSITION PERIOD with respect to each manufacture GROUP A PRODUCT) such quantities of the GROUP A A1 PRODUCTS as CIL may order in accordance with this AgreementENZO's specifications. CIL shall have the right to sell GROUP A A1 PRODUCTS worldwide within the scope of this Agreement.
