Maintenance of Revenues. The Authority will promptly collect all rents and charges due for the occupancy or use of the Facilities as the same become due, and will promptly and vigorously enforce its rights against any tenant or other person who does not pay such rents or charges as they become due. Pursuant to Section 5.02 and the Facilities Lease, the County is to pay all Base Rental Payments directly to the Trustee. The Authority will at all times maintain and vigorously enforce all of its rights under the Facilities Lease.

Maintenance of Revenues. The Authority will collect all rents and charges due to the Authority for the occupancy or use of the Project promptly as the same become due, and will enforce its rights promptly and vigorously against any tenant or other person who does not pay such rents or charges as they become due.
