Base Rental Payments definition

Base Rental Payments means all amounts payable to the Authority from the County as Base Rental Payments pursuant to Section 3.01 hereof.

• The interest components of the Base Rental Payments shall be paid by the District as and constitute interest paid on the principal components of the Base Rental Payments.
