Lower Job. Continuous - Employees changed from a higher wage classification to a lower wage classification shall have their rate of pay reduced to that of the lower classification at the same position on the applicable wage guide. In the event the employee is reclassified to a position which the employee formerly held, the employee's wage shall be no less than the same progression step in that schedule to which the employee had previously progressed.

  • CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGE RATES A current list of Field job classifications and applicable wage rates for the Nevada Irrigation District are set forth in the District Wage Schedule.

  • Staffing Levels To the extent legislative appropriations and PIN authorizations allow, safe staffing levels will be maintained in all institutions where employees have patient, client, inmate or student care responsibilities.
