Location of. Inventory Unless it shall have given the Lender at least ten (10) days prior written notice thereof, the Company will not permit any significant portion of the Company's inventory or equipment to be kept at a location other than one of the locations previously described to the lender for purposes of perfecting the security interest prescribed by Section 3 hereof; provided, however, that this Section 8.13 shall not apply to shipments of finished products to customers in the ordinary course of the Company's business, work in process or finished goods in possession of suppliers pending shipment to the Company or its customers or goods temporarily in the possession of third parties for embellishment or finishing.
