LOCALLY FUNDED INITIATIVES. A. The School District Board may elect to add to the scope of any Project and separately fund a scope of work, an LFI (as described in Exhibit Three), which involves improvements to all or part of the Project. The School District Board may request the Commission to approve the incorporation of the design and construction of the LFI into the overall Project.

LOCALLY FUNDED INITIATIVES. A. The School District Board may elect to add to the scope of any ELPP project, and separately fund, a scope of work (“Local Initiative”), which involves improvements to all or part of the Local Project Phase. The school District Board may request the Commission to approve the incorporation of the design and construction of the Local Initiative into the overall Project.
LOCALLY FUNDED INITIATIVES. A. Locally Funded Initiatives (LFI) are defined as portions of a project not subject to this Agreement. The LFI may include construction which is determined to exceed the standards in the Facility Manual; maintenance, repair or renovation.

  • Orientation and In-Service Program The Hospital recognizes the need for a Hospital Orientation Program of such duration as it may deem appropriate taking into consideration the needs of the Hospital and the nurses involved.

  • Selection Planning Prior to the issuance to consultants of any requests for proposals, the proposed plan for the selection of consultants under the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines. Selection of all consultants’ services shall be undertaken in accordance with such selection plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.

  • FEDERALLY FUNDED This part is applicable if the recipient is a State or local government or a non-profit organization as defined in 2 CFR §200.330
