LOCAL PROJECT PHASE. A. The discrete part of the Master Facilities Plan identified by the School District Board to be undertaken using local resources (“Local Project Phase”) shall be as described in Exhibit 2, which is attached hereto, made a part hereof, and incorporated by reference as if fully written herein. The School District Board agrees that the Local Project Phase shall, where applicable, comply with the Ohio School Design Manual (“Design Manual”), in effect at the time of approval of the Master Facilities Plan by the Ohio Controlling Board, with the exception of any change in the Design Manual cost calculation formulas approved by the Commission.
