Lists of Holders of Preferred Securities. (i) Each of the Depositor and the Administrators on behalf of the Trust shall provide the Property Trustee with such information as is required under Section 312(a) of the Trust Indenture Act at the times and in the manner provided in Section 312(a) and (ii) the Property Trustee shall comply with its obligations under Sections 310(b), 311 and 312(b) of the Trust Indenture Act.
Lists of Holders of Preferred Securities. (a) The Guarantor shall provide the Guarantee Trustee with such information as is required under Section 312(a) of the Trust Indenture Act at the times and in the manner provided in Section 312(a).

The Guarantee Trustee may destroy any List of Holders previously given to it on receipt of a new List of Holders.
