Common use of Limitations on Unbundled Access Clause in Contracts

Limitations on Unbundled Access. 11.7.1 ANTC shall access BA’s unbundled Network Elements specifically identified in this Agreement via Collocation in accordance with Section 13 at the BA Wire Center where those elements exist, by other mutually agreed upon means of Interconnection, or as otherwise required by Applicable Law. Each ULL or Port shall, in the case of Collocation, be delivered to ANTC’s Collocation by means of a Cross Connection.
