Municipal Calling Service. The Parties shall work cooperatively to facilitate each Party's public service obligations as required by the PUC to provide its end user customers with toll free Municipal Calling Service ("MCS"). Such cooperation shall include the sharing of certain account and toll free municipal ("TFM") codes on a daily or other mutually agreeable basis and working with other industry participants to satisfactorily resolve MCS related measurement and billing issues associated with implementation of IntraLATA presubscription.

Municipal Calling Service. The Parties shall work cooperatively to facilitate each Party’s Municipal Calling Service (“MCS”) obligations as required by the Department in NYNEX ILP, D.P.U. 96-106 (1997) and D.P.U./D.T.E. 96-106-A (1998) or in any other proceeding. Such cooperation may include the sharing of ten-digit telephone numbers and toll free municipal (“TFM”) codes on a mutually agreeable basis and working with other industry participants to satisfactorily resolve MCS related measurement and billing issues associated with implementation of IntraLATA presubscription.

Related to Municipal Calling Service

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE FUNCTIONS The Servicer shall handle all Customer inquiries and other Customer service matters according to the same procedures it uses to service Customers with respect to its own charges.

  • Billing Services Manager shall provide, or cause to be provided, the following billing services to P.C.:

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • REGULATORY ADMINISTRATION SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following regulatory administration services for each Fund and Series:  Assist the Fund in responding to SEC examination requests by providing requested documents in the possession of BNY Mellon that are on the SEC examination request list and by making employees responsible for providing services available to regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the performance of such services as may be required or reasonably requested by such regulatory authorities;  Assist with and/or coordinate such other filings, notices and regulatory matters and other due diligence requests or requests for proposal on such terms and conditions as BNY Mellon and the applicable Fund on behalf of itself and its Series may mutually agree upon in writing from time to time; and

  • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.

  • Notice to Customers Pershing shall, upon the opening of an account pursuant to Paragraph 5 of this Agreement, mail to each customer a copy of the notice to customers required by NYSE Rule 382(c).

  • Building Services Labor Law Article 9 applies to Contracts for building service work over $1,500 with a public agency, that: (i) involve the care or maintenance of an existing building, or (ii) involve the transportation of office furniture or equipment to or from such building, or (iii) involve the transportation and delivery of fossil fuel to such building, and (iv) the principal purpose of which is to furnish services through use of building service employees.
