Limit Per Illness. Contract teachers may use all of their accrued sick leave for the same illness. However, contract teachers with fewer than nine hundred sixty (960) hours of accrued sick leave and accessing the sick leave bank shall not exceed nine hundred sixty (960) hours for the same illness.
