Life Skills Training. Contractor shall prepare a detailed DRC training curriculum designed to encourage offenders to adopt a positive, law-abiding lifestyle. The training curriculum shall be based on cognitive-behavioral techniques and focus on defects in thought processes that lead to self-defeating decisions.
