License to User Material. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by posting the User Material, you hereby xxxxx Xxxxxx, a license to use, display (publicly or otherwise), reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, delete from, add to, prepare derivative works of, publicly perform, publish, and/or otherwise use, analyse, and exploit such User Material worldwide, including on or through any property, in perpetuity, in any media formats and any media channels now known or hereinafter created, and for any purpose (including promotional purposes, such as testimonials). To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the license you grant to Disney in relation to your User Material is fully paid-up, transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, and fully sub licensable (through multiple tiers). Additionally, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Disney is free to use any feedback, ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained within such User Material for any purpose, including developing, manufacturing, marketing, and providing commercial products and services. Disney shall not be required to notify you or seek your permission to use such User Material and Disney shall not be required to make any payments to you or a third party in relation to its use of your User Material. You acknowledge that the User Material is not confidential and that you have no expectation of privacy in it.

  • LICENSE TO USE WEBSITE The Company may provide You with certain information as a result of Your use of the Website or Services. Such information may include, but is not limited to, documentation, data, or information developed by the Company, and other materials which may assist in Your use of the Website or Services ("Company Materials"). Subject to this Agreement, the Company grants You a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Company Materials solely in connection with Your use of the Website and Services. The Company Materials may not be used for any other purpose, and this license terminates upon Your cessation of use of the Website or Services or at the termination of this Agreement.
