Cancellation & Refunds. A cancellation received less than seven days prior to the arrival date will result in a 50% refund. The amount retained by ROP may, if deemed appropriate by ROP, be used as credit against any future enrollment of Student. A full refund minus $2,500.00 enrollment fee will be given if cancellation is received more than seven days prior to student’s arrival.

Cancellation & Refunds. Should you wish to cancel or reschedule, please contact us immediately with a valid reason. Cancellation will not take effect until we have also received written confirmation from you. Cancellation fees may apply. Stripe); credit card or merchant fees; Online Travel Agent fees (OTA’s); Channel Manager fees; or other fees incurred. We recommend you have travel or other insurance to cover for any unforeseen cancellation fees or other loss that may occur.

Cancellation & Refunds a. Customer may cancel this Agreement at any time without incurring any cancellation fees by providing written notice of cancellation to Company. As such, Customer will continue to have access to the Roadside Service through the end of your applicable yearly billing period.

The MCYHA reserves the right to cancel this rental agreement and withdraw the permission to hereby granted for just cause or failure to comply with any of the above terms and conditions. In such cases, the Lessee will, upon request, immediately remove all persons and equipment they have from the facility. There will be no refund.

Pursuant to Paragraph 5, if the Artist has not presented the Workshop after a one (1) year, then Customer is entitled to receive a fifty (50%) percent refund.
