License Start Date. The License granted under the foregoing Section 2.1 shall come into force and effect as of January 1, 2014. Any use by NEXX prior to the License Start Date is expressly prohibited and will give rise to any and all remedies available to Infineon under this Agreement and under all applicable statutory laws, unless NEXX has executed the option to use the license granted hereunder prior to the five years exclusive period as set forth in the Development Agreement, Section 11.2.

  • Start Date The parental leave must begin no later than 52 weeks after the day the child is born or comes into the custody, care and control of the parent for the first time for provincially or federally regulated employees. The parental leave of an employee who takes a pregnancy leave must begin when the pregnancy leave ends unless the child has not yet come into the care and control of the parent for the first time.

  • License Term The license term shall commence upon the License Effective Date, provided, however, that where an acceptance or trial period applies to the Product, the License Term shall be extended by the time period for testing, acceptance or trial.

  • License Scope Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, execute, reproduce, display, perform, or merge the Product within its business enterprise in the United States up to the maximum licensed capacity stated on the Purchase Order.   • Pre-Commencement Phase Services The services required to be provided by the Contractor for the Pre- Commencement Phase of the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents.

When Customer obtains licenses for these replacement ICA Programs, Customer agrees to terminate the license of the replaced ICA Programs when charges become due, unless IBM specifies otherwise. IBM may terminate Customer’s license if Customer fails to comply with the license terms. If IBM does so, Customer’s authorization to use the ICA Program is also terminated.
