  • If any Publisher (Licensor) instructs the PatentBook Administrator to terminate the license to any of its PatentBook Patents to the Subscriber (Licensee) as set forth in the PatentBook Publisher (Licensor) Agreement, the PatentBook Administrator shall notify the Subscriber (Licensee) of such instruction and of the effective date of such termination (the "License Termination Date").
