Examples of License Termination in a sentence
If any Publisher (Licensor) instructs the PatentBook Administrator to terminate the license to any of its PatentBook Patents to the Subscriber (Licensee) as set forth in the PatentBook Publisher (Licensor) Agreement, the PatentBook Administrator shall notify the Subscriber (Licensee) of such instruction and of the effective date of such termination (the "License Termination Date").
The Publisher (Licensor) shall notify the PatentBook Administrator of the desired "License Termination Date", which date shall be a minimum of 30 Days following notification to PatentBook Administrator.
If Publisher (Licensor) does not provide the desired date of license termination, the effective License Termination Date shall be 30 Days from the date the PatentBook Administrator receives notice of termination request from Publisher (Licensor).
Each representation and warranty of the Parties contained herein and any certificate related to such representations and warranties will survive the Closing and continue in full force and effect until the License Termination.
In the event of such Partial License Termination, this Agreement and the remaining Licenses will continue in effect for the Term.
