Liaison with Other Agencies. 5.1 The Provider shall liaise with the Youth Service, the Sports Development Unit, local neighbourhood fora and agencies, and CivicWatch to ensure young people have information about, and access to, the widest opportunities, and that services are planned to avoid duplication of provision. This includes liaison with the voluntary sector unit regarding fund-raising and capacity building opportunities.
Liaison with Other Agencies. 11.1. Subject to paragraph 8.3 and in accordance with the ACC Act, it is noted that in performance of the ACC's functions outlined in paragraph 5, there will, from time to time, be the need for the ACC to share information and intelligence or undertake activities with appropriate agencies.   • Relation to Other Agreements 1. The Parties reaffirm their rights and obligations under the WTO Agreement or any other agreements to which both Parties are parties.

  • Other Agents Nothing in this Agreement is to be interpreted as limiting the Company from employing other personnel on such terms and conditions as may be satisfactory to it.
