Cooperation with Other Agents and Agencies. Seller agrees that the Agency may engage other licensed real estate agents to assist in marketing the Property and may share its Commission, as determined solely by the Agency. During the Listing Period, should a licensee represent a Buyer whose offer to purchase the Property is accepted by the Seller, then that licensee shall be entitled to a commission of _ _ percent ( _ _% ) (“Commission Offered”), provided the Buyer completes the transaction.

Cooperation with Other Agents and Agencies. The Seller agrees that the Agency may engage other licensed real estate agents to assist in marketing the Property and may share its Commission, as determined solely by the Agency. During the Listing Period, should a licensee represent a Buyer whose offer to purchase the Property is accepted by the Seller, then that licensee shall be entitled to a commission of [WRITTEN PERCENTAGE] percent ([#]%) (the “Commission Offered”), provided the Buyer completes the transaction. MARKETING THE PROPERTY. In an effort to properly and efficiently market the Property, the Seller grants the following permissions to the Agency: (Initial ALL That Apply) [INITIAL] - Advertise the Property. [INITIAL] - Use the Property’s street address when advertising the Property. [INITIAL] - Allow third (3rd) party websites to create estimated market values of the Property. This includes, but is not limited to, the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), real estate websites, newspapers, etc. [INITIAL] - Place a lockbox or key box on the Property. The Seller shall hold harmless the Agency and all cooperating licensees from all responsibility and liability resulting from any loss, damage, or theft which might occur while the Property is listed by the Agency under this Agreement.   • COORDINATION WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS Contractor expressly acknowledges and agrees that other contractors may be performing work on other projects at the Site, while the Work is taking place, in which event Contractor shall fully cooperate with District and other contractors while performing the Work, at no additional cost to District.

  • Cooperation with Investigations You agree to cooperate with us in the investigation of unusual transactions, poor quality transmissions, and resolution of customer claims, including by providing, upon request and without further cost, any originals or copies of items deposited through the Service in your possession and your records relating to such items and transmissions.

  • COMPLAINTS AND INVESTIGATIONS 1. This article applies to complaints or allegations made externally and not from normal supervisory activities.

  • OTHER AGENCIES Other tax supported agencies within the State of California who have not contracted for their own requirements may desire to participate in this contract. The Contractor is requested to service these agencies and will be given the opportunity to accept or reject the additional requirements. If the Contractor elects to supply other agencies, orders will be placed directly by the agency and payments made directly by the agency.
