Level Changes. (a) In the event that a position at a given location is modified to the extent that an increase in level is required, the employee presently filling the position, if qualified to perform the duties of the reclassified position may be assigned to the higher level. If necessary, the employee may be provided with a familiarization period.

Level Changes. (a) In the event that a position at a given location is modified to the extent that an increase in level is required, the employee presently filling the position, if qualified to perform the duties of the reclassified position may be assigned to the higher level. If necessary, the employee may be provided with a familiarization period. In the event that the level change results in a lower level, the employee presently filling the position may request to remain in the position at the lower level or be subject to the provisions of Article Employment Security. In the former case, the employee’s salary shall move to the level nearest to but not less than his or her present salary and the provision of clause shall apply. When there are several employees performing similar duties, the reclassified position shall be posted, but the area of selection shall be restricted to the location of employees affected. Temporary Employee A temporary employee is an employee hired for a specific term. Temporary employees hired for a term exceeding four (4) consecutive months shall be governed by the provisions of the Collective Agreement specified in Appendix Regular Employee A regular employee is an employee hired on an ongoing basis for an indeterminate period. Location A location, for the purpose of Article Staffing and Article Employment Security, is identified by the premises where the employee normally works or the organization entity to which the position is attached.

  • GSA Changes Where NYS Net Prices are based on an approved GSA Schedule, the date the approved GSA Schedule pricing decreases during the Contract term; or

  • Personnel Changes The Contractor may remove its personnel assigned to perform under this Contract and substitute other qualified personnel. Any removals or replacements by Contractor shall be at no additional cost to the Department.

  • Service Changes PBI may modify its Service by giving written notice to you (a “Service Change Notice”), which will state whether the change is material. After receiving a Service Change Notice, if the change is material, you may terminate Service by giving us a termination notice at the address indicated in Section 21 or you may create a case at xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xx/xxxxxxx-xx.xxxx (follow the instructions under “how to create a case”).

  • Fee Changes On each anniversary date of this Agreement (determined from the “Effective Date” for each Fund as set forth on Appendix IV), the base and/or minimum fees enumerated in Appendix IV attached hereto, may be increased by the change in the Consumer Price Index for the Northeast region (the “CPI”) for the twelve-month period ending with the month preceding such annual anniversary date. Any CPI increases not charged in any given year may be included in prospective CPI fee increases in future years. GFS Agrees to provide the Board prior written notice of any CPI increase.

  • Room Changes No changes in room assignment will be based upon age, race, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, and online profiles except as needed to provide a reasonable accommodation to residents with eligible disabilities registered with the College Office of Counseling and Disability Services. Room change may only be made with the written approval of College Housing and is dependent upon space availability, timing of the request, and grounds for transfer. Residents who receive approval for a room change may be charged a room change fee as shown on the College Housing website, which will be posted to Resident’s account.   • Changes This Agreement may not be modified or amended except pursuant to an instrument in writing signed by the Company and the Investor.
